Completion of 24 month AMA approved Radiology Tech program, ARRT registry or proof of registry eligibility, IV credential (if applicable) and current BLS certification. |

Pharmacy Degree from an accredited college or university State of CO Pharmacist License. CPR certification preferred. |

Certified Surgical Technologist |
High school diploma or equivalent. CST required, BLS/CPR preferred. |
Dietary Cook |
High school diploma or equivalent. ServSafe Certificate. Previous hospital or other institutional cooking experience preferred. |
Coordinator RN |
High school diploma or equivalent. Current State of CO RN. 2-5 years previous related experience. |
Billing Specialist |
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years previous billing/collections experience. |
Collections Specialist |
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years previous billing/collections experience. |
A/P-Payroll Specialist |
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years’ post-secondary education in accounting or a related business field or directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. |
Medical Records Clerk/Coder |
High school diploma or equivalent. RHIT, RHIA or CCS credential, 2 years experience minimum, 3-5 years experience preferred. |
Medical Records Information Technician |
High school diploma or equivalent and six to twelve months of experience in an office or customer service setting. |
| Physical Therapist Assistant |
High school diploma or equivalent State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, candidates must have graduated in good standing from an accredited program. Previous experience in inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred. |
Certified Nurse’s Aide (C.N.A) |
High school diploma or equivalent. Current State of Colorado C.N.A. certificate, CPR/BLS. |
